When we first arrived we had to stop off at Primark as I left my hairbrush at home. Typical. It was nice to have a quick look around too, as the store is much bigger than my local.
Later on we stopped off at a pub for dinner. Then headed over to Harrods, (or Howards as my brothers girlfriend pronounced it) I very much enjoyed having a look around, especially in the ‘Gowns’ section, as they had so many beautiful dresses. That will never be in my budget, but a girl can dream.
After Harrods we carried on walking and did some more sight-seeing. We then had a slow walk back to the hotel, so we could get ready to go to the theatre. I’d never seen War Horse before, but I was blown away with how much I enjoyed it. The whole production is incredible, and it’s a definite must see.
The next day was spent doing more sight-seeing. We went on the London Eye, and did a boat tour on the River Thames. Both of these were great experiences!
That was all we managed to fit in before we had to get the train home.
That was my trip to London!
