I was going to do this post in January so I could look back and see what I’d tried and what I hadn’t, but I just couldn’t get the motivation to write it. We’re now well over half way through the year and the post is finally here, well being written. This post is going to contain brands that I haven’t tried anything from, but would really like to.
I swear back in the day Lime Crime only did extremely bold and different choices of lipstick, but now they seem to have a wider choice of products and nudes. I see their liquid lipsticks all over Instagram and everyone seems to love them. It’s so hard to pick a favourite colour when all of them look so pretty. All of the liquid lipsticks cost £15 which isn’t that cheap.
This is a brand that I’ve never heard of, but after searching the new in section on Beauty Bay I was drawn to a number of their products. I have no idea if this is a new brand, but I’ve never seen their products before. Their products all seem really affordable, and I especially like the look of the Strobing Powder Glow For It! The packaging is similar to Benefit and The Balm where it has a retro feel, and the powder its self looks like a gorgeous pale gold. Everything they offer is really affordable too.
Hourglass is an extremely luxurious brand with a number of gorgeous products. Everything is stunning from the packaging to the product its self. It’s hard to pick a product to try specifically, as they all look great and I haven’t researched fully, so any recommendations would be great!
A brand that seems to be everywhere at the moment, I’m always seeing a product from these creep up here and there. So many of their products look stunning, and I’ve heard so many good things about them all!
I feel like I’ve been hearing about Zoeva for years, from the brushes to the palettes and it all sounds so good! I love the look of the Rose Gold brush collection, as who doesn’t want pink brushes? There are also a lot of palettes that I have heard about and would love to try.
Have you tried any of these brands? What brands do you want to try?
Thank you for reading!
