Not my biggest Lush haul, but I thought it would still be nice to talk through what I got. I don’t really enjoy orange baths which is the reason I didn’t get very much, as I didn’t want to get anything for the sake of having it. It was also extremely tempting to get some things from the Christmas range, but I’m trying to wait until it gets a little closer. Anyway let’s get into the haul.
Lord of Misrule | Bath Bomb
This was one of my favourites from last year, so of course I had to get another this year. When I saw the scent description on the site I didn’t think I would be much for it, but it smells incredible. It contains: Patchouli Oil, Black Pepper Oil and Vanilla Absolute. It’s really musky and is very much an Autumn scent. This leaves the water a deep wine colour that is absolutely beautiful.
Monsters Ball | Bath Bomb
Another favourite from last year that seemed impossible to get, as it was always sold out online and my local Lush never had any in either, but this year it seems like the hype has died down. It smells really great as it contains: Lime Oil, Neroli Oil, Himalayan Rock Salt and Olibanum Oil, so it’s really fresh which is a nice change from the musky scent of Lord of Misrule. It leaves the water a gorgeous sparkly purple.
Pink Pumpkin | Bubble Bar
As someone who isn’t a fan of orange baths, but loves everything sparkly this is a fab addition. It is pretty much the same as Sparkly Pumpkin, but it’s pink and has a floral scent. This one contains: Geranium Oil, Bergamot Oil and Jasmine Absolute, so it is floral and feminine. I’m not the biggest fan of it, but at least it’s a nice colour.
Bunny Moon | Jelly Face Mask
Not a Halloween product, but the Jelly Masks are newish, so definitely worth a mention. I have heard good things about this mask and it seems like it will be good for dry skin, so I had to pick it up for myself. It contains: Chamomile and Marigold Petal Infusion, Honey and Rose Oil. From what I have heard you work a piece of this between your hands and then apply it with dry hands and let it set for 5 – 10 minutes. The main thing I love about these is that they last longer than the standard face masks, as this expires in January next year.
That is everything I got from Lush for Halloween, not the biggest, but nothing really jumped out at me. Plus I now have a better excuse to go wild at Christmas.
Have you tried the Lush Halloween range?
