I’ve been on a spending ban for a couple of months now, and I’m doing surprisingly well. I have bought three new makeup items in that time, but I was after a new foundation that wouldn’t show off how dry my skin is. That’s a story for another post though. Of course there are plenty of new releases, and things I’ve fancied trying for a while and just never got around to. I thought I’d share those things with you. Let’s get into my Beauty Wishlist.
I try to update my wishlist page regularly, but sometimes I forget to keep adding things. In this post the links will be affiliate, but it isn’t sponsored in any way, and I’ll leave it up to you if you use them or not.
I am kind of over the whole Unicorn and Mermaid trend, but I love the idea of the opalescent pearls for added illumination. I have been loving dewy skin lately, so I had to add this.
This has been on my wishlist for ages! I’ve not tried Ofra before, but from what I’ve seen the highlight is ultra pigmented. Rodeo Drive is described as a ‘versatile, super-soft, golden highlighter’.
I feel like I bang on about having dry skin every ten minutes, but here we are again. This foundation contains hydrating coconut water, so I should love it. It’s also medium to full coverage which is another thing that I’ll love. It is pricey at £29, and I’m pretty sure that’s the reason I haven’t tried it yet.
I’ve heard so many good things about the Too Faced Soleil bronzers, but I’ve not tried them before. This one looks pale enough for me, and it’s supposed to smell like chocolate, so I’m pretty much sold. It’s also completely matte, which is also a huge plus.
I love Huda liquid lipsticks, the formula is one of my favourites. If not my favourite. Blushed Nudes are my favourite shades to wear, so of course I like the look of this set.
I haven’t tried a Huda palette before, but I’ve heard good things. All of the mini palettes look stunning, but I love a warm brown shade.
I currently have the green one of these, which is Aloe, Cucumber and Green Tea, but I love the sound of this one. At the moment, I’m using the one I have all the time, as it’s quick and easy to use. When it runs out, I’ll be giving this one a try next.
When I first saw this knocking about, I thought it was a foundation. The shame, I know. From what I can gather it’s actually a highlighting primer. Which means it will be perfect for achieving a dewy base.
I saw Kasie talk about these, on her blog and on her Instagram stories, and I knew I had to give it a go. This is a multitasking mist that sets makeup, refreshes skin and moisturisers. It also contains light-reflecting particles that leave you glowing.
I’ve never tried this brand before, and I don’t think I’ve heard people mention it before. This bronzer caught my eye on Beauty Bay straight away, and I knew I wanted to give it a go. It also contains SPF 10, which is a little strange, but hey, it’s important.
Would it really be a wishlist without some sort of nude lipstick? In this set you get four minis, and all of the colours look super pretty and wearable. I know these are minis, but it seems like great value when one full size lipstick is £18.
Chocolate covered strawberries are my weakness. I love them, so of course I love the sound of this. I’ve been loving my Lush lip scrub, but I just cannot pass up a Chocolate covered strawberry one.
If you can’t already tell, I love a facial mist. This set is a makeup setting spray and a mist designed to illuminate skin. The glow mist is also supposed to relieve redness, which is something I struggle with.
I very nearly got this when I was in Florida in January, but decided against it, as I could quite easily get it here. Champagne Pop is a shade that I’ve heard a lot about, and is a stunning golden champagne.
I’ve not seen anyone talk about this, but I love the look of the colours. It’s a little pricey, hence why it’s on here and not in my basket.
This has been on my list for a while, as I love the look of the colour. It seems like it will be perfect for everyday and it is describes as a ‘Charming Tea-Rose Pink’.
I love a good scrub, and as soon as my current one runs out, I’ll be giving this one a go. This one is for dry skin, and is supposed to soothe and soften.
I really want to try Bad Gal Bang, but when I discovered this set, it seemed like the safe option. Getting to try a mini of the three seems like a much better way to see which one works for me.
This is another thing I’ve not heard anyone talk about, but I love a scrub and this one sounds good. It’s apparently glittering too, which I’m not too sure about, but I think it’ll look great in the Summer.
I’m not too sure what colour to try, but on the picture I’ve used Driver. I’ve heard a number of good things about these liquid lipstick, so I want to give them a try for myself.
I love Sheer Glow, so I’d like to try more from Nars, and this foundation sounds great. It’s supposed to feel light on the skin, but be highly pigmented too, so it’d be interesting to see how well it works.
The main reason for wanting is this is because I used to adore this gloss. I thought NYX had discontinued it, but to know they’re still selling it is great. Even though it’s called Beige, it’s a brightish pink. I’ve been loving gloss lately too, so I need to get my hands on this.
This is one of the new shades, and it’s currently out of stock. It looks like quite a light nude, but I can’t find anywhere that perfectly describes the colour.
As much as I like the look of this palette, £45 kills me. It has so many pretty colours, but I doubt this will make it from the list to the basket, as I just can’t spend that much on a palette when I already have so many.
Well this list got out of hand very quickly. If you read all of that then you deserve some sort of medal.
So that was my Beauty Wishlist.
