Considering that we’re nearly half way into October, I think I’m posting this a little late. We’ll skip past that and I’ll have to get a move on. I love a good to-do list, and thought making one for October, as it’s not my favourite month would be good. Halloween just isn’t for me, so I’m planning some other bits instead.
This is my October To-Do List!
Autumn Baking
I used to love baking and share all of my attempts on my blog, but I haven’t made anything for a long time now. Which is a bit of a shame. I’m not sure on what to make yet, but it’ll probably be something chocolate related. As those are definitely the best type of bakes. This is something I’m really looking forward to getting back in to!
Wardrobe Clear Out
I always love a good declutter, especially a wardrobe declutter. I’m thinking about getting a new wardrobe, so I can have more storage, which means a declutter makes sense. It allows me to see what I’ve got, so I know what pieces I need to pick up.
Buy All The Seasonal Candles
I’m still yet to buy any new candles, as I’m nearly out of the one I was burning throughout Summer so I want to use it up. However I’m looking forward to getting one a little more seasonal appropriate. I’m hoping to have a look in TK Maxx or Home Bargains and if they fail then I’ll be heading to Yankee Candle. Candles are just so much better in the colder months.
Get Back into my Exercise Routine
I like to think that I have an exercise routine, but it’s just using the treadmill and walking Ralph. Towards the end of Summer I lost the motivation to exercise, and I know that I need to get back onto it. I’m hoping that October can be the start.
That was my October To-Do List! I know this is late, but it’s always nice to have things to aspire to.
What’s on your October to-do list?
Thank you for reading!

I’ve been working on my autumnal recipes for the last week or two and it’s definitely making me more excited for the cooler months. I’ve been planning a wardrobe declutter too but I’m procrastinating a bit because I know it’s going to be a big job x

I know exactly how you feel about the exercise one! I think because I had such a fun and busy Summer, i really neglected the classes. I actually didn’t go for just over a month – which is actually a big deal considering i try and do 3-4 classes a week!! I’ve started again now though, and i’m trying to do at least 3 classes a week. The miserable weather really doesn’t help though does it – and the fact it gets so dark early!! xx
I love baking at this time of year! I just made a Lotus Biscoff sponge cake last week and it was amazing! Definitely recommend it for an Autumnal bake! x
