In 2019 I started a spending ban, as I slowly came to the realisation that I have too much makeup. I definitely got caught up in a little blogging bubble of feeling like I had to show a variation of products on Instagram and on here. When in reality; I don’t. The spending ban has made me use what I have, and I enjoy actually using stuff up; which is something I used to hate. As I hated the feeling of using something up, and now I want to pan everything.
This spending ban has caused my wishlist to pile up, so I thought I would share a little snippet with you. It’s also largely inspired by my 2018 wishlist that I recently re-discovered.
Anyway enough waffle, let’s get into my Beauty Wishlist 2020.
1 . Too Faced | Born This Way The Natural Nudes Eyeshadow Palette
I have seen this palette everywhere and it is gorgeous. It’s packed full of neutral tones ready for any time of day. I’m a neutral lover, so of course this palette stands out to me. However I know I have too many palettes, so this will have to stay on the wishlist until I get through something.
2. Fenty | Cheeks Out Freestyle Cream Bronzer in Butta BiscuitĀ
I haven’t really experimented with a lot of cream products, but I have heard a lot of good things about this range and I love the look of this bronzer. From what I’ve seen this bronzer is quite sheer without being greasy, so it should be a good place to start.
3. Fenty | Cheeks Out Freestyle Cream Blush in Petal Poppin
Believe it or not, I don’t wear blush, but I really want to start incorporating it into my routine. These cream blushes look super pretty, but I am a little unsure of what shade to go for. I chose Petal Poppin for this post as it looks like such a pretty shade of pink.
4 . Charlotte Tilbury | Airbrush Flawless Finish
I have heard plenty of good things about this powder, and it has been on the wishlist for a while now. At first I was a little unsure of how it would be for my dry skin, but as it contains rose wax and almond oil it shouldn’t be too drying.
5 . Charlotte Tilbury | Eyes To Mesmerise in Marie Antoinette
I love cream eyeshadows and I have heard so many good things about the Charlotte Tilbury ones. The shade: ‘Marie Antoinette’ instantly caught my attention, and it is described as an oyster gold.
6. Fresh | Strawberry Exfoliating Face Wash
I have been wanting to try a new face wash for a while now, and this one always stands out. It’s sulphate and paraben free, and contains strawberry and blackcurrant fruit extracts. It also contains grapeseed oil for a hydrating boost, so it should be a really nice one to try.
7. Glow Recipe | My Glow Vanity Kit
I have been seeing Glow Recipe for ages now, and I’m still yet to try anything, so this set looks like a great place to start. The set contains the: Watermelon Glow Ultra Fine Mist, Banana SoufflĆ© Moisture Cream and the Watermelon Glow Sleeping Mask.
8. Hourglass | Scattered Light Glitter Eyeshadow in Smoke
I haven’t tried Hourglass yet and would love to try one of their face powders, but I’m finding it so hard to narrow down. These scattered light glitter shadows look beautiful though. I’ve picked the shade Smoke which looks like a warm toned taupe. From what I can gather these have more of a metallic sparkle finish.
Ā 9. Jouer Cosmetics | Soft Focus Hydrate and Set Powder in Fair
I have had my eye on this powder for a while now. The main thing that draws me to it is the ‘hydrate’, as powders can be quite drying for dry skin. As it contains hyaluronic acid, and light reflecting pigments for a demi-matte finish. Also the packaging is super pretty.
10. Nars | Afterglow Lip Balm in Orgasm
This is another product that has been on my wishlist for ages, but I’ve not got around to trying. I do think it is the price putting me off, as it is Ā£23 for a lip balm. Which lets face it; is a lot. However, I have been loving a comfortable lip product for a while now.
11. Nudestix | Nudies Matte Blush and Bronze in Bondi Bae
I’ve always overlooked Nudestix, but I have started to hear some really great things about them. As I’m also looking for some new cream products, the brand has really caught my eye. I love the look of the bronzer in the shade Bondi Bae.
12. Nudestix |Nudies All Over Face Colour Glow in Illumi-Naughty
I had to include a highlighter in here somewhere, and this one looks great. Illumi-Naughty is described as a pearly white, and I love the look of it.
There we have it! Those are 12 things that I have on my Beauty Wishlist 2020. I’ve definitely gone a little cream product mad, which is weird as I’ve never really been into it before.
What’s on your beauty wishlist?
Thank you for reading!
I love the look of the Too Faced palette too!

It’s so pretty isn’t it?!xx
I’m also on a no-buy/ spending ban! I agree. My content has been piled up with a lot of Wish Lists too and it feels good to just window shop and use my own collection. The new releases from NARS has also been on my radar š Hope you’re staying safe x

It does, doesn’t it? I’ve been seeing some new bits from Nars on Instagram and it all looks so beautiful. Thank you, and I hope you are too xx
Love your wishlist š I really want to get that FRESH Scrub š
Thank you! Everything from Fresh looks so good doesn’t it?!xx
The CT powder is totally worth the hype (as much as it kills me to say it as she’s constantly churning out products these days). I’ve just bought the Fenty cream products and that Too Faced palette is gorgeous! The Glow Recipe set looks like a great way to try everything x

I’m glad to hear that you like it! I know what. you mean, the bronzer looks good too, but there are so many releases. Oooh I hope you like the Fenty cream products! It’s so pretty isn’t it? I know, it seems like a great set to get started with xx
Lovely beauty wish list. The Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish Powder is my favourite for setting my t-zone. I have dry skin and works great on it. I highly recommend it. Also love the eyes to mesmerise formula.

Thank you! Oooh that’s good to know, I’m glad it works for you! They sound lovely xx
The Hourglass eyeshadow is so beautiful. It would be a good investment if you did buy it because those eyeshadows last for ages, and pressed textures like that are amazingly long-lasting when you wear them too. Awesome wishlist!
Have a great week Hannah š

I’m glad you think so! That is such a good point, definitely the encouragement I needed to actually try it haha! Thank you, and you too xx
This list is fantastic and perfectly amazing new products.http://www.bauchlefashion.com/2020/05/fashions-forecast-spring-has-sprung.html
I’m glad you think so xx
Oh, I’d love to have some Charlotte Tilbury or Fenty products to try. I am also on a similar boat in that I’m trying to use my current beauty products before buying some new ones (doesn’t help that this quarantine has left my makeup practically untouched). Overall, I think your wishlist is pretty small! š

Charlotte / Charlotte’s Picks
I have just treated myself to the Too Faced Natural Nudes palette and I am obsessed. The shimmer shades are incredible! You must do it, especially as I know you love a brown/pink/orange toned eyeshadow palette like myself. A bargain too in my opinion xx
