I must admit that I’ve never tried the Halloween collection from Lush before. As I normally save myself for the Christmas range, but this year I wanted to pick a few of the Halloween bits up. I actually went into the store looking for the Monsters Ball bath bomb, but it was out of stock. Which is a shame, but hopefully I can get it online.
This is my Lush Halloween Haul 2016
Lord of Misrule | Bath Bomb

This bath bomb seems like a Halloween classic, as I alway see it pop up and receive lots of love. From what I’ve seen this turns the water a deep berry colour, which I am very happy about. As I’m not too sure how I feel about green bath water. It contains: patchouli oil, black pepper oil and vanilla absolute for a beautiful musky scent.
Pumpkin | Bath Bomb

This bath bomb is new for 2016, and has the cutest carved pumpkin design. One thing I did notice in store is that practically all of the faces were broken, so they must be on the delicate side. It is supposed to smell like pumpkin pie, but it doesn’t quite do it for me. I wish they had gone all out with the spice, but instead it has a rather fruity scent that I don’t think matches the design.
Sparkly Pumpkin | Bubblebar

Halloween wouldn’t be complete without a pumpkin covered in glitter… right? The little wooden stalk is a nice touch too, it seems like they’ve really got the design nailed with this one. This bubble bar contains Juniper berry oil, lime oil and grapefruit oil. Which gives a pleasant scent, but I wish it was something a little more spicy. There’s just something not quite right about a pumpkin that smells like limes.
Rose Jam | Bubbleroon

This one isn’t a part of the Halloween collection, but it’s one of my all time favourite products. I actually put off trying it, as I assumed it would have strong floral scent, but I was very pleasantly surprised. It contains: rose oil, cocoa butter, geranium oil and lemon oil. Which means it is a floral scent, but it has some sweetness to it too, to balance it out.

Thank you for reading.

I picked up a load of their halloween range recently and am so excited! Totally recommend only using half of the sparkly pumpkin bubble bar if you're pairing with a bath bomb because it does give off A LOT of bubbles!! Rose Jam bubblebar is one of my all time favourites, it just has one of those really relaxing scents! I wasn't too much of a fan of the rub rub rub scrub although I know so many people who love it! So will be interesting to hear whether you like it! xx
