I know, I know, another bath bomb review, but I only had nine posts pre-written, and I have nothing to write about other than the latest bath bomb I’ve used. The struggle of Blogmas right? Anyway, it’s fine because we’re going to be going over Christmas Sweater, which is a new this year.
Christmas Sweater is one of the larger bath bombs, and it costs £4.50. This is one of the ones that takes a while to fully dissolve, unlike yesterdays Luxury Lush Pud. It isn’t annoyingly long, as I thought it had finished earlier than it had, but it turns out that half of it sunk after all of the orange came out, and I just hadn’t noticed.
I made my Lush order online and I nearly passed on this one because I thought I would hate the scent, but it’s one of my favourites. It contains: Ginger Powder, Clove Bud Oil, Mustard Powder and Coriander Seed Oil. My first thought was: Mustard Powder? No, thank you. It actually smells amazing though, it’s a traditional Christmas scent, as it’s really warm and spicy.
The colour is really beautiful, and the best thing I can compare it to is the pink of a grapefruit. That might be a really weird comparison to make, but to me that is exactly what it looked like at the end.
The bath did need cleaning after this, as it does mark it. It comes off easily enough though.
Overall, this is a really great bath bomb. It’s definitely one of my new favourites, and I can’t get over how good it smells!
Have you tried this bath bomb?
