Blogmas just gets later and later, but day 18 is finally here. Since my Kiko haul, I’ve had a few days of trying this highlighter and it’s been a nice change. It’s one of the first things I’ve tried from the brand, and it hasn’t disappointed. Let’s get into the Kiko Glow Fusion 01 Brilliant Champagne review!
The packaging looks a little similar to Hourglass, as it’s a Sleek reflective Silver box. I’m personally not a fan of this packaging, as I hate how quickly it gets dirty. There’s not a photo of it closed, because it’s reflective and all you would see is my phone.
(It looks a little matte without flash, so here it is with the flash on)
The highlighter it’s self isn’t for those that like a blinding glow, as it’s very subtle. It builds easily though and leaves a nice sheen without needing too many layers. The only problem is that this has a tendency to leave a white stripe if I go overboard. There’s no chunky glitter which I know a lot of people will like.
This costs £9.90, which I think is quite good for what it is. Kiko definitely seems like a great affordable brand. There are two more shades in this range 02: Heavenly Gold and 03: Divine Bronze. This is the shade 01 Brilliant Champagne and it’s very pale, it’s not quite white, but it’s not far off.
I do really like this highlighter, and it’s really nice for day-to-day to wear. This won’t be making an appearance for night-time wear though, as I prefer something stronger.
Have you tried this highlight before?
