A favourites post that isn’t late! After the past few months going up in the middle of the month I was determined to get this up at the start. I’m also pleasantly surprised with how this turned out. I was expecting this post to be really hard to put together with the UK going into another lockdown, but that is not the case.
Here are my November Favourites 2020.
Kiko | Standout Volume Mascara
I bought this mascara a while ago and the formula didn’t blow me away, so I barely touched it. In November I gave this another go, and I love it. It builds beautifully and leaves me with long lashes without any clumps. It also doesn’t move throughout the day, so there is no transferring. I’m really surprised with how much I like this, now it’s dried out a bit; I love it.
Too Faced | Melted Matte Liquid Lipstick
I know, I’m as shocked as you are. Liquid lipsticks are not for me. I’ve made that very clear, but this formula is amazing. In all honesty, I tried these expecting to hate them. I was planning on decluttering, as they’ve been gathering dust in my collection for a while. Instead they’re my new favourite. They’re extremely comfortable, as it feels like you aren’t wearing any product at all. The wear time is good, but it does come off through eating and drinking. I know liquid lipsticks have had their fifteen minutes, but if you want a comfortable matte formula then this is well worth looking in to.
Jolie Beauty | Second Skin Highlighter in Saintly
This highlighter was gifted to me, but all opinions are my own. I never thought I was bothered about a highlighter containing glitter, but now that I’ve tried this one; I know why so many people hate it. This highlighter doesn’t contain glitter and leaves the most perfect sheen. It’s also blinding without leaving the dreaded grey stripe. Just an overall beautiful highlighter.
When I first knew the Reignited Trilogy was a thing, I was ecstatic. I love anything nostalgic and Spyro was my absolute favourite game as a kid, so it was a no brainer. Whenever I have some free time or need to switch off I always find myself reaching for my Nintendo Switch and this is the game I’ve been loading up.
This is something I discovered towards the end of the month, but I had to include it. Mario 35 is a fun twist on the classic Super Mario series. You play against 34 other players in order to be the last person remaining. I downloaded it on whim as its available for free, and I couldn’t put it down. The enemies you kill get sent to other players which means every level has some kind of twist. It’s fun and well worth it if you already pay for Nintendo’s online services. As this game is free to download, but requires an online subscription.
There we have it, those are my November Favourites 2020.
What were you loving in November?
