I don’t know about you, but I love a good perfume. There are so many to pick from though, so it can get a little over whelming trying to find the one. I tend to find that knowing where to start can be a struggle. Especially if you have no idea what kind of things you like. I’ve definitely come out of department stores no closer to knowing which one to get, but covered in perfume and a stash of those white stick things. In the end they definitely seem to blend into one.
This is where Scent and Co come in. They allow you to pick a perfume and you get a sample that should last 30 days (10ml to be exact) This will set you back £14.95 for one month which works out to be a lot cheaper than the full bottle. The full size of the one I picked costs £46, so being able to try a sample is a great way to try before committing. Scent and Co call it: “Date” Fragrances before “Marrying” Them. Which is cute.
Picking a Perfume
There are 450 perfumes on the site, which again is a lot. You can browse the site yourself by looking through the brands, or picking the ‘help me choose’ option. If you pick the help me choose option I’m pretty sure it’s a total surprise and you won’t know what is until it arrives. Which is a little risky, but could be fun to try.
Brands Available
The brands range from: Tom Ford, Gucci, Ted Baker and Prada. I got the Valentino Donna Acqua, as I’ve been eyeing it up for a while, but I’ve never had the heart to part with the money. Having this sample has convinced me that I love it, and the full size is now on my wish list, as I’ve found it perfect for the summer, as it’s so sweet. I’ve also got my eye on trying Si by Giorgio Armani, as I’ve heard a lot of love for that one.
The Packaging
The perfume arrives in a velvet pouch. You get a little, (I didn’t know what it was called, but after Googling it, it’s an Atomiser. I swear this blog is me learning something new with each post) You twist the top, and the perfume comes up allowing you to use it. To take the perfume out just pull the top and it’ll come out. This is so you can replace when it’s empty and check which perfume you got.
The size means it’s great for travelling, as carrying a perfume bottle in your bag can take up way too much room. It may get lost easily with it being dark, but at least it’s not heavy.
The Price
I’ve briefly mentioned prices, as it’s £14.95 for one month, but you can subscribe to a three-month plan which costs £43.47 in total. There is also a 12 month plan totalling at £161.88. Just be sure to let them know what you want for the next months scent within two weeks.
Overall Scent and Co is a really great idea. Being able to have a months worth of perfume to try before paying big bucks for the full size is great. You can really get an idea if it’s for your or not. This kind of service would make a great gift too, as scents are tricky one. Being able to give them a sample is a much smarter way to go about it.
So that’s it! A huge thank you for Scent and Co, for gifting this to me. If you would like to take a look for yourself, then I’ll leave the site linked here.

They’re great aren’t they?! Valentino perfumes seem really great, I love the sample I got. The Daisy perfumes are great for Summer xx
I’d never heard of this company, but it’s such a great idea! My current favourite perfume is Gucci Bamboo, and the timeless Chloe (original). 🙂

So glad you think it’s a good idea too! Must give that Gucci one a try, and Chloe is great too!xx
That’s quite a lovely way of getting to try a few scents. I always find that I’m quite picky with my perfumes so this sounds like an awesome way of decision making towards the scent.

It’s such a good idea, so glad you like the sound of it too! It’s a great way to get to try them before splashing out on the full size xx
I absolutely love the sound of this system Han! I am an unabashed perfume fan but really can’t afford some of the more pricey brands, especially if I’m not sure that I’m even going to enjoy the scent on a day to day basis once it’s on. This is a really good way to go about things – I love me some Prada, so I’ll go and take a look now! Gorgeous post as usual! x

So glad that you love the sound of it too! Sometimes perfumes are priced way too hard, and it can be hard to be able to afford them. I hope they have perfumes on there that you’d want to try, having Prada is such a bonus! Thank you so much xx
I love the idea of subscription and the price is really good too for such a great perfume brand Love it xoxo Cris
