Spring is probably my favourite season. I like the others, but there is something about Spring that I love. The days slowly start getting longer and everything begins to bloom again. It’s just a really nice time of year, and to go with that the weather warms up a little. Which is always a good thing.
I did one of these posts for Autumn, so I thought I’d do the same for Spring.
This is Five Reasons Why I’m Excited for Spring.
All of the Floral Prints
Florals? For Spring? Groundbreaking. I know, it’s very predictable, but I love floral prints and find myself gravitating towards them more and more. Now I don’t only wear florals in Spring, but the trend tends to come back to the shops which I am very much looking forward to.
The Flowers
One thing that I really hate about Winter is the bare trees and how empty everything looks. Which means I’m looking forward to seeing everything bloom again. Especially seeing the Cherry Blossoms, which are simply beautiful.
It’s Not as Dull
Lighter nights and longer days; do I need say more? I think not. It’s always better when it gets light earlier and goes dark later. Plus it’s very helpful when it comes to taking blog photos.
Easter!
Any excuse for a bit of chocolate right? The Supermarkets are full of chocolate eggs, and I am more than willing to throw the diet out of the window for the day (month) and enjoy all of the chocolate. I also want to do some Easter baking, that includes mini eggs as it would be rude not to.
Spring Cleaning
I know, I think I’ve lost the plot too. Does this mean I’m officially an adult now? I love decluttering and having a sort out, and there’s something about being able to have a tidy up with the window open and the sunlight beaming in that is so much better than when it’s dark and freezing outside.

Yes for floral prints!!! I am so excited too, I have a ton of floral dresses waiting to be worn again and I think I will start wearing them from this weekend!!!!

Ahh I loved this! I’m definitely more of an Autumn and Winter girl but it does seem like Spring will be here soon! I’m excited for warmer weather as it is absolutely freezing at the moment xx
