It might seem strange to do a monthly favourites considering what’s happening right now, but I enjoy putting them together. Mainly because it makes me think of the positives and what I’ve enjoyed throughout the month instead of focusing on the news. Also just a quick note that this post contains no makeup, as I’ve only worn it once this month. Which is very new for me.
This is my April Favourites 2020.
Decluttering
Lockdown has been a great time to declutter and boy have I enjoyed it. I’ve gone through practically everything and found new homes for things whilst getting rid of the old. I went through my makeup, cleaned everything off and had a shuffle round and now I am very much looking forward to wearing it again. It’s also very nice knowing where everything is.
Disney Plus
I don’t think a day has gone past where I haven’t watched something on Disney Plus. I’ve made a conscious effort this month to watch more films and most of them have been Disney films. It’s been really nostalgic to go back and watch old shows and films which I am very much enjoying.
April is the month where I finally started making Pinterest graphics and I’ve actually enjoyed doing it. I have no idea why I didn’t start doing it sooner, as they are really handy. I’m still not entirely sure what I’m going on Pinterest, but I’m very much enjoying using it at the moment.
Baking and Cooking
I have spent a lot of time this month in the kitchen making all kinds of things. I’ve always really enjoyed cooking and it’s been nice to have more time to do it. I tend to share a lot of my bakes on Instagram, but if you would like to see more recipes on the blog, be sure to let me know.
The Sims 4
The Sims 4 is one of those games that I have phases on. I’ll play it 24/7 for a while and then leave it for months. Early April was one of those phases. I spent hours on this game, and it is such a fun way to pass the time. The Sims 2 is still my favourite, but unfortunately I can’t run it on my Mac. However The Sims 4 is still a great game.

Definitely a bit different from usual, but so has most of the year.

I can definitely relate to some of those! I’m currently learning to you Pinterest properly, and like you I’m not quite sure what I’m doing yet haha, it’s actually kind of complicated! But creating the graphics is definitely fun. I’ve also been playing the Sims (3, not 4) and it’s my first time playing the Sims 3, I also think that the Sims 2 are the best!

I love that bloggers are sharing their favourites. We have so much time on our hands right now so there is so much we can do! I love decluttering and playing the sims too it’s the only thing keeping me sane right now.
