Second times the charm right? If you follow me on Instagram then you’ll know that I tried this before, but it didn’t turn out quite right. By that, I mean it was completely raw in the middle. Yeah… it wasn’t ideal. Luckily it turned out much better the second time. I fully blame it on the size of my brownie tin, as it’s deep, but not very wide. Which led me to looking for a new one, and in the end I decided on this one; which is much better.
This is the second instalment in my: ‘Bake something new every month’ challenge, after: Raspberry and White Chocolate cake. This is another Jane’s Patisserie recipe, but I left out the Nutella swirl. The blondies are tasty enough without it, but I can see why it was included in the original recipe. As they are definitely more vanilla, rather than hazelnut.
This is how to bake Kinder Bueno blondies.
Ingredients

200g Melted Unsalted Butter
125g White Granulated Sugar
125g Light Brown Sugar
3 Medium Eggs
1tsp Vanilla Extract
275g Plain Flour
1tbsp Cornflour
200g Chopped Kinder Bueno
200g Chopped Kinder Chocolate
Method
1 . Preheat the oven to 180°C, or 160°C if you have a fan oven. Line your tin with baking paper.
2. Mix the melted butter with both of the sugars for around two minutes.
3. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth.
4. Once smooth, add the flour and cornflour and beat until a blondie mixture is made.
5. Add 150g of each of the chocolate and fold through.

6. Pour the mixture into a tin, and level it out. Then add the remaining chocolate over the top.
7. Bake the blondies for 25-30+ minutes, or until there is slight wobble in the middle. I took mine out at 25 minutes.
8. Leave to cool in the tin or on a wire wrack.

That was how to bake Kinder Bueno blondies.
Will you be giving this a go?

These sound and look really yummy. However I don’t like those chocolates so I would just swap them for something else. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
