I’ve seen this tag go around on YouTube, and I thought it was finally my time to join in. I posted my everyday makeup in 2015, but it has changed since then. The makeup here is what I’m using on a daily basis.
This is How Much Is My Face Worth?
Urban Decay | Eyeshadow Primer Potion: £16
I start by using a primer on my eyes, and I have been really enjoying this one. It has a creamy formula and glides on smoothly, leaving a matte finish once blended in. They do this in multiple shades, but I have the original which is a nude colour.
Bourjois | Healthy Mix Foundation: £9.99
This is a recent repurchase, as I love the formula. I have the shade 51 Light Vanilla which has yellow undertones. It has a satin finish with a medium coverage, that can be built up. I have dry skin and this foundation works perfectly, as it never clings to any dry patches.
Bourjois | Radiance Reveal Concealer: £7.99
I use this under my eyes for brightening and it does a lovely job. It doesn’t sink into any lines or accentuate any dry patches. It has a creamy formula, that blends out beautifully without looking thick or cakey.
Rimmel | Stay Matte Powder: £3.99
A true classic. I can’t believe this powder is so cheap, as it is so good. It sets my makeup into place and helps it last longer. I have the translucent version.
Rimmel | Natural Bronzer: £5.99
I’ve been using this bronzer for a long time now, and I really enjoy using it. I use it to warm up the face, as it’s a neutral colour that pulls warm.
MAC | Mineralise Skin Finish: £24
I use the shade Soft and Gentle which is described as a gilded peach bronze. It’s one of the more popular shades and I can totally see why. On the skin it looks like a peach champagne, with speck of gold running through it. I love a blinding highlighter and this offers such a beautiful glow.
MAC | Paint Pot: £22
I love a cream shadow, and always start a look off with this one. This is the shade Painterly, which is described as a nude beige. Paint Pots make a really good eyeshadow primer, so I’m now thinking that I should stop using the Urban Decay primer potion…
Too Faced | Natural Eyes Palette: £32
From this palette I use the shade; ‘Push Up’ all over the lid. Push Up is a warm toned taupe with a metallic finish. It makes a lovely everyday shade, and it’s one of my favourites in my collection.
Tarte | Tartelette in Bloom Palette: £33
I only use one shade from this palette too, and that is: Funny Girl. Funny Girl is a warm toned light gold and I use it to highlight my inner corners and brow bone.
Soap and Glory | Supercat Eyeliner: £6
This has been my go to eyeliner for a long time now. It’s easy to apply and lasts all day, and the tube lasts a long time too.
Too Faced | Better Than Sex Mascara: £19
I included this in my February Favourites, as it’s quickly became one of my all time favourites mascaras. It makes my lashes look fuller, whilst also holding a curl.
EOS | Lip Balm: £6.50
I see these all over Instagram, so I was really excited to try them. When really the £6.50 price tag is a little steep. I always like to prep my lips with a balm, and at the minute this one is my go to.
Gerard Cosmetics | Liquid Lipstick: £9.50
This is quite new to my collection, but I have been really enjoying using it. It’s nice to know I can apply it in the morning and it’ll last all day. It does get quite dry the longer its been applied, so I like to add a balm on top too when this happens. I have the shade Serenity, which is such a lovely warm toned salmon pink.
The Total: £195.96
Oh wow, I think I need a lie-down. I had no idea it’d be so much. Saying that, I am currently using two eyeshadow primers, so I can knock one of those off. It probably doesn’t help that I use two shades of eyeshadow from two different palettes either.
That was how much Is my face worth?
Thank you for reading.

Love the idea of this post!!
It's always surprising how much money you really spend on make-up! I'm sure mine is more than I spend on clothes, which is a terrifying concept haha

Honestly these posts terrify me in a curious way! I am mainly horrified when I think how much I have spent on makeup! So scary lol. It all just adds up so quickly!
I don't blame you haha! x
Thank you! I can't take any credit for the idea though haha! x
It really is! I'm going to say that mine is probably the same haha! It's scary to think about! x
It is really scary haha! You don't think about it, but it really adds up! x
I love posts like this. I am always too afraid to do it as I firmly believe what I don't know can't hurt me! x

haha I guess that's true! It's definitely eye opening! x
I just stumbled across this post, and I love it! It’s definitely scary when you add up the total cost of each item you’re using on your face! I’d love to see an updated version or even a skincare version.
