Too Faced Sweet Peach Palette
I got this pretty much as soon as it come into stock in Debenhams. I was devastated when I couldn’t get my hands on this the first time around, so I made sure to snap it up when I had the chance. I’ve not tested every shade yet, but the few that I have, I have loved! I especially like luscious. This palette does however smell like peaches, and you can’t get better than that really.
Makeup Obsession Contour Powder Light
I tried this once and I applied way too much which sort of scared me off a little, as it was incredibly hard to blend out, as I had applied so much. I recently tried this again, but with a very light hand and the results were much better. This is such a nice contour, that isn’t muddy or orange like other options that are available. A little goes a long way, which is good considering the product lasts a lot longer this way, plus this isn’t going to break the bank, as it only costs £3!
Redken One United All in One Multi Benefit Treatment
I took this on holiday with me, and it practically saved my hair. Last year when I went away, my hair would feel awful after a shower, which I am pretty sure is to do with the water, but I’m no hair expert. After towel drying my hair, I would spray this is into my hand, rub them together and then run it through the ends. This stuff does just about everything; this one product has 25 benefits which is unreal. I also used this on dry hair which it made so much easier to brush after it had been up all day and in the sea.
Charlotte Tilbury Liv it Up Lipstick
I am planning on doing a full blog post on this, so I won’t go into too much detail here. I got this lipstick for Christmas and I love it. The formula is gorgeous, it’s extremely creamy which means it isn’t drying at all, but this means it doesn’t last all day, as I got about four hours from this before needing to re apply. The colour is absolutely stunning, and I’ve not seen anything like it. It’s a ballet pink.
I can’t remember when I first started watching this, but I love it! I just finished the last season and now I’m not quite sure what to do with myself…
If you’d have said to me a few years ago, that I would actually enjoy going to the beach, I would have thought you were mad. I’m not going to lie, I hated it. I was never sure why, but this holiday it really hit me; It’s because I felt self-conscious. This holiday, I didn’t care and I loved going into the sea with my brother and his fiance. I was going to do a full post on body positivity, and if you’d still like to see one then let me know. I just wanted to include this in here, as I’m trying to get more personal with my blog, and I’m really happy about it.
Adventure of the Seas
For mine and my mum’s birthdays we had a family holiday on the Adventure of the Seas which is a Royal Caribbean Cruise ship. It was absolutely amazing, and a much-needed change of weather, even though coming back to 5 degrees was not fun at all. There is so much to do on cruise ships, as well as all of the port days, so you get to see lots of stunning places, as well as waking up somewhere different every morning, with new places to do and things to see.
Those were my January Favourites 2017.
