Well, January didn’t end how I expected it to. If you follow me on Instagram then you’ll know that I caught COVID. Luckily I haven’t been bad with it, and as this post goes live; I’m finally negative. Unfortunately, I tested positive on my mums birthday, and was still positive for my own birthday. Which isn’t the best timing, but I know we can celebrate at a later date. Even though the month didn’t end how I thought it would, I still wanted to share my favourites.
These are my January Favourites 2022.
YSL | Libre Perfume

I have posted my first impressions of this scent already, but as I continued to use it; I fell in love. It’s such a beautiful fragrance and the one in my collection that I find myself reaching for again and again. It has citrus top and heart notes, but musk and vanilla make the most amazing base. This may be my new signature scent.
Too Faced | Sweet Peach Palette

This seems to get mentioned in all of my favourites posts, but every time I come back it; I’m reminded why i love it so much. I decided to include this in my project pan, which means I’ve been using it a lot in January and I have not been disappointed. It performs well and I always love the end result. It’s one of my favourite palettes, which is kind of crazy considering there was a time where I was considering decluttering it…
Maybelline | Lash Sensational Mascara

Now this is a classic. I have been buying this mascara for years, and it’s one that I always like to have in my collection. When the other mascara I was using ran out, and I needed another one; I knew I’d go back to this. It lengthens my lashes without clumping, and I know I can rely on it.
Good Molecules | Hyaluronic Acid Serum

This was gifted, but all opinions are my own.
I am mad at myself for not mentioning this on my blog sooner. Seriously, this stuff is incredible, and I don’t know what I’m going to do with myself when I run out. A little bit goes a long way, and my skin feels incredible after using it. It absorbs quickly and doesn’t feel sticky or ball up. If you have dry skin, then you will love this.
Blogging
There is something about blogging in January that I love. It’s when I’m full of ideas and have a lot more motivation than usual. I know January gets a bad rep, but it’s one of my favourite months. Even though I am slightly biased as it’s my birthday month… I’ve really enjoyed blogging in January, whether it be: creating new content, or editing older posts. I’m just hoping that motivation sticks around.
There we have it, those are my January Favourites 2022.
What were you loving in January?
Thank you for reading.

I’ve never tried anything from Good Molecules but I’ve heard that their cleansing balm is good, and this serum seems right up my alley! Glad to hear you’re feeling better – hopefully you’re having a better February than January!
I’ve heard great things about that too. The serum is fab. Thank you, haha I sure hope so xx
What a great month of favorites! I see that you really got a lot of use out of the Sweet Peach Palette! I actually have the matte version of this palette, and maybe I’ll bring it out again. I used to love that palette, and used to get so much use out of the shades. You hit pan on two shades of that palette, and it looks like 3 more have huge dents in them! You’re doing a great job on your project pan. Great post Han xxx

Oh, YSL Libre is so good! I love Maybelline Lash Sensational too! It’s the only mascara I use now and repurchase every few months xx
Ugh, so sorry you caught COVID but glad your case isn’t too bad. And isn’t YSL Libre amazing? I love it, too!

Sorry to hear that you had Covid on your birthday – I hope you can celebrate soon! I need to try that mascara soon – I’d say that I’m the only person on the planet not to have tried it yet! lol! x
