  1. I definitely need to drink more – i’m so bad at drinking!! Exercise will honestly help so much – I go to boxing, hit and strength classes and they’re so hard but super rewarding! if you struggle with the gym, i’d definitely recommend going to classes as they’re really motivational 🙂

    • The only thing that’s helped me is getting a big bottle I can take with me. It makes such a huge difference, doesn’t it? Thank you for the tip, I’ll have to look into it xx

  2. Drinking more water and eating well are things that also make me feel 100% better about life. Also, you’re not alone in being a night owl but hating getting up late. I am exactly the same. I can easily stay up until like 3 am but still set an alarm for 7 am because getting up any later seems a waste haha. This has really inspired me to get my bum into gear and start making the little changes again that I know make a difference but that I always forget to implement.

  3. Ahhh I am the same, I could definitely do with all of these! I have been saving up to get me an exercise bike, with having ME I find it hard to exercise so I’m hoping sitting down will help me haha, and I can attempt some gentle exercise 😀 my goal for autumn anywho haha! xx

  5. I agree with all of these, and Just Dance is definitely a legit (and fun) workout! Exercise and sleep also help boost my mood. Music or a good podcast also help boost my mood.
