Are you ready? We’re about to step into the beauty time machine and look back at some old Lush Christmas Products
Recently, I was scrolling through my old archives and stumbled across my Lush Christmas Haul from 2019. Looking back at what the beauty community was obsessing over before the world completely changed is pure nostalgia.
But what’s even more fascinating? Seeing which of these Lush Christmas products survived the test of time, which ones vanished into the Lush graveyard, and most shockingly how much the prices have changed. Back in 2019, I was already complaining about a £5.50 bath bomb being a luxury splurge. Oh, my sweet past self… if only she knew what bath bombs would cost today!
Let’s take a little trip down memory lane and see a total “Where Are They Now?” breakdown of my 2019 holiday stash.
Luxury Lush Pud | Bath Bomb
2019 Price: £4.95

Past Me Said: “I’ve bought this bath bomb for the past two years and it is one of my favourites. This year they have made a change to the scent. In previous years it shared a scent with Twilight, but now it has been changed to The Comforter (blackcurrant, bergamot, and cypress oil).”
If you want to see it in the water, I have a full review. Spoiler alert: it’s stunning!
Where Are They Now? Oh, how I miss this one! Lush loves to play with our emotions, and Luxury Lush Pud has sadly been absent from recent Christmas lineups, replaced by other festive shapes. Which is a complete shame, as this one was one of my faves.
Snow Fairy | Bath Bomb
2019 Price: £4.95

Past Me Said: “Of course I had to pick up the Snow Fairy bath bomb. It is a very love-it-or-hate-it scent, as it is incredibly sweet, but it is a Lush classic. I’m very happy that this has been changed from the Jelly Bomb version from 2017, I don’t think they make Jelly Bombs at all anymore.”
Where Are They Now? First of all, past me was right: Jelly Bombs thankfully died a swift death. But Snow Fairy? It hasn’t just survived; it has practically taken over the entire brand every winter. It is the ultimate holiday staple. The only difference today? You’ll be paying a premium for that sweet, neon-pink, glittery pool compared to 2019!
Golden Wonder | Bath Bomb
2019 Price: £5.50

Past Me Said: “Another classic. This was the first bath bomb I tried from Lush, and I buy it every Christmas. Even though I’m certain the price has increased… it makes me sad just how much Lush have increased their prices, but that’s a topic for another day.”
Where Are They Now? This little gift-box-shaped bath bomb with the tiny inner stars that rattle when you shake it was an elite citrus experience. Sadly, Golden Wonder has been retired as a standalone winter staple, though its citrusy, cognac-and-orange scent family pops up in different seasonal formats. Also, my rant about the £5.50 price increase makes me laugh out loud today. If only I could buy a luxury bath bomb for £5.50 now!
The Limited Edition Body & Lip Scrubs
Cookie Dough | Body Scrub
2019 Price: £13 for 270g

Past Me Said: “I love a good body scrub and what can be better than one that smells like Cookie Dough? It smells incredible and seems like the perfect middle ground from being too harsh and being too creamy.”
Where Are They Now? I’m not mad that this hasn’t made a return, as I didn’t really enjoy it. The almond was way too overpowering so the cookie dough scent fell flat. If you’d like to hear more, I included it in an empties post.
Galaxy | Lip Scrub
2019 Price: £6.50

Past Me Said: “When I smelt this and realised it smells exactly like a blue raspberry, I just had to pick it up… Even though I have seen a review on the website claiming this left their lips stained blue, so that’s exciting.”
Where Are They Now? This blue-raspberry caster sugar scrub was delicious, but the reviews weren’t lying—it absolutely gave you a temporary blue mouth if you weren’t careful! Lush still reigns supreme when it comes to lip scrubs, but Galaxy has been replaced by newer scents like Gingerbread or Snow Fairy.
The 2026 Low-Buy Verdict
Looking back at this haul, I noticed that even in 2019, the rising prices were starting to push me away from doing regular Lush reviews. Fast forward to my long-term makeup low-buy, and my shopping habits have completely shifted.
While I still love the cosy nostalgia of a winter bath, I’m much more intentional about what I buy now. I tend to skip the massive hauls and just pick up one or two true seasonal staples (usually a bit of Snow Fairy) as a special holiday treat.
Let’s chat in the comments
Do you remember any of these 2019 Lush Christmas products? Were you team Twilight or team Comforter for the Lush Pud? And more importantly… what was your very first Lush product discovery?
Thank you for reading!

I love a Lush haul! So far this year I’ve only picked up the Snow Fairy Shower Gel & the Snow Fairy bath bomb, I’m glad aswell it’s changed from the jelly one as I really didn’t like that one. Golden Wonder is still one of my faves xx
