As much as I love blogging it can be hard to stay on top of it, as there is always so much to do. I feel like I’ve finally found some methods that help me feel productive and not fall behind. So of course I thought I would share them with you!
This is Five Tips to Increase Your Productivity as a Blogger!
Take Photos in Batches
I try to do this once a week, or sometimes try to take more so they last longer. Taking photos can be time consuming, and I don’t know about you, but I don’t have time to be snapping photos every day. Once you have your batch of photos you’re good to go and don’t have to think about it until you start running low. It’s a huge relief knowing all of your photos are done.
Schedule Posts in Advance
Nothing scream productivity like having your blog posts scheduled in advance. When I’m set for more than two weeks, I feel like I have my life together. I know some people schedule for months in advance, but I’m not quite at that level yet. Once you get some posts scheduled, you can work on future content or take a break for a while. It’s up to you.
Use an App to Plan Your Insta Grid
I personally use an app called UNUM and I swear by it. When I’ve taken and edited my photos I upload them to the app and plan out my grid. It’s really simple, and doesn’t take long, but if you’ve got a theme going on then it really helps.
Set Small Goals
If there’s one thing I hate, it’s massive goals. You know those really unachievable goals, where you roll your eyes every time you see it, as you know it’s going to take a long time. Yeah I hate those. I prefer to set smaller goals that lead up to something bigger. Ticking off goals is such a great feeling, so it’s good motivation too, when you know you can do it.
Write To-Do Lists
I never used to be a list person, but here we are. To-do lists really keep motivated, as I’ve actually planned out my day and I know what I want to get done. I always write my lists in the morning, and it sets me up for the day.
There we have it, those are Five Tips to Increase Your Productivity as a Blogger.

I have never taken photos in batches though, and sometimes I rely on stock photos because it’s so much easier than taking my own! But I think taking photos in batches would make it much easier, so thank you for the idea! xx
