  2. I just saw these in a store a few days ago but wasn’t sure if I should pick them up or not. These look amazing, especially 09, thats def a me shade 🙂 xx Brynn

  3. I have a lipstick from Essence and I love it. They are so good and so cheap which is good for everyday lipsticks to apply all the time to save buying expensive lipsticks all the time!

  4. I love the Essence Long Lasting lipsticks. The nudes are amazing! I did not expect much when I bought them, but now they`re some of my favourite drugstore products.

  5. I love these colours. Especially the darker shade at the end of the post! I work in Wilkos and a lot of people are always buying these lipsticks, they are very popular!

  6. I need to get my hands on barely there! I normally get them from Wilko too, but my local superdrug has a counter too. The liquid lipsticks are almost always sold out though x

  7. I love lipsticks like this as when they start to wear off throughout the day it’s a lot less noticeable so you don’t have to worry about constant re-applying like you do with super matte/block coloured ones! My favourites would have to be “I feel pretty” and “barely there” they look gorgeous!

  8. Their longlasting lipsticks are some of my favourites. If you want to try out more, I would definitely recommend the one called “Time for a Toffee Break” or something along those lines. It’s a perfect your lips but better colour xx Nikita

  10. I’ve only tried one Essence product before – a blush, which I got along really well with. The Long Lasting lipsticks look right up my street, especially that gorgeous shade. Thanks for sharing!

  11. I remember my Essence lipsticks, I used to love them so much! I found them great to start out with lipstick. I wasn’t much of a lipstick wearer so I would always get these Essence ones to try out a particular shade. I don’t really onw one anymore and I’ve moved on to better and more high-end lipsticks, but these lipsticks were the perfect ones for transisioning into a lipstick-hoarder!

  12. the more i buy make up the more i find myself liking essence products.
i have never tried foundations or concealers…and i think i will not try these products even in the future. i am so picky on what i use as a base.
but i really love lipsticks and mascara by essence. They’re affordable and they do a pretty good job!! yes, i need to fix my lips sometimes during the day, but i don’t mind that. the price is good for the quality of the product.
day by day i bought all the shades of the long lasting collection, but i’ve never tryied the the sheer & shine collection. and i really like the shades you have. so i took a note of the numbers and i will soon look for them in the stores!!
your blog is so nice!! i will come back in the future to read more about you.

    • I’ve not tried foundation or concealers from Essence either. The lipsticks are really great and they have so many pretty colours to pick from. You have all of the long lasting range, that is such an amazing collection! The sheer and shine are great for hot days when you want something light, but I guess you could layer them over lipsticks too. Thank you so much! I’ll be sure to check out your blog xx
