Fancy seeing you here! Long time no see, I know. I threw myself into blogging at the start of the year, and let’s just say I quickly burnt out. I’ve had a break, and I’ve decided to go about things differently this time, so we’ll see how things go. Yes I know this is extremely late, and of course April’s will be here soon, but let’s just forget about that for now.
Here are my March Favourites 2019!
Maybelline | Dream Urban Cover Foundation
It blows my mind that no one is talking about this. This is the only foundation I have been wearing for around two months now, and I love it! I want to do a full review, so expect to hear a lot more about this soon. This foundation has SPF 50, City Protection and also contains Vitamin E. The texture is thin and runny, which means it doesn’t feel heavy on the skin at all. I find the coverage to not be full, but it covers my redness, so it’s not sheer either. The finish is beautiful, it leaves the skin looking natural and healthy, without looking cakey. This is more suited to those with Normal/ Dry skin, so if that’s you then this is worth looking into to.
Soap and Glory | The Way She Smoothes Body Lotion
I picked this up in Boots, as I have been after a new moisturiser for a while and this one smells incredible. For me a moisturiser can’t be heavy or sticky, as I don’t have the patience to sit around and let it sink in. I also need to be able to carry on my day without sticking to everything. This is exactly that, it’s light and you can pretty much get changed straight away without having your clothes stick to you. I also love the pump and how easy it is to apply. Finally the scent, this contains: Mango, Coconut Oils, Papaya, Passion Fruit and Algae Extracts. It’s a perfect holiday scent, and strong too; my room still smells of this hours after it was applied.
ColourPop | BFF Mascara Black on Black
This mascara comes in a number of different colours, but of course I played safe and went for the black version. The wand reminds me a lot of the Too Faced Better than Sex and L’Oreal Lash Paradise, as it has the same fluffy bristles and hourglass shape. It doesn’t clump my lashes, or flake after a while. If I apply it on my bottom lashes then it will transfer to my under eyes after a while though. Other than that, it makes my lashes longer and fuller.
Glossier | Priming Moisturiser
I initially tried this as I had been slacking in my skincare routine, and I needed something very hydrating to go under my foundation. This did the job perfectly, and the foundation looked a lot better on my extremely dry skin. A little bit goes a long way, and with ingredients like hyaluronic acid and Vitamin E, it is extremely hydrating.
Telltale / Skybound Games | The Walking Dead Season 4
I feel like this is very different to everything else I’ve mentioned on my blog, but I had to include it. I’ve loved all the seasons of this game, but as this one was the last I thought to include it here. I’m incredibly happy that Skybound games took over when Telltale shutdown, so the story could be finished. I’m also incredible happy with the ending, and I’m looking forward to seeing what they do next. As I’ve heard that there is a new game in development. I don’t want to say anymore because of spoilers and all that. It is a seriously amazing game though, with an amazing storyline and characters.
That is everything I was loving throughout March! I know it’s very late, so thank you for sticking with me. You can always find me on Instagram too!

Thank you! It’s such a good one, I love it a lot xx
I need to try that Maybelline foundation! xx
I love it a lot xx
That Maybelline foundation sounds so lovely for summer! And I can totally relate to the frustration of changing themes and working out the kinks. I did mine in the beginning of this year and getting everything set up properly takes some time. Hang in there!

I’ve heard the foundation is similar to the It Cosmetics CC cream but a fraction of the cost so I’m interested to see if it’s true! Sounds like a good summer base!

Oh hey girl, how I’ve missed you and your posts!! New theme looks lovely btw even if you can’t reply to comments, looks really professional and slick. I’ve not heard of that Maybelline foundation, incredible that it has SPF 50 in it!! You’ve made me really want to try it now. On the wishlist it goes…!
Charlotte / Charlotte’s Picks
I love the sound of that foundation but I’ve not heard anyone talking about it either! I’ll definitely try and swatch it in store and see if any shades match me. I love S&G moisturisers but I’ve not tried that one but I’m also inpatient with waiting for moisturiser to dry.
Emily | Snippets of Emily’s Life xx
I actually had no idea that telltale games got bought out! I remember me and my sister being super upset when we found out they went out of business! I’m so happy to hear that they’re finishing up their old products and working on some new things. My sister loves the BFF mascara! Great post Hannah xxx
