Be prepared for possibly the most awkward post to write, as portraying scents online is not easy. I’ll be sure to include all the notes, so that should give you a better idea. I was inspired to do this post after seeing a video from Kathleen Lights, and my collection is nowhere near hers, but I still love it.
This is my perfume collection!
I included this perfume in my January favourites, and it has quickly become one all my time favourites. This is an incredibly popular perfume, and it’s easy to see why. Even though it’s floral it’s not over whelming, it’s a little musky so it’s not a pure floral scent. It’s a nice mix that works really well. It lasts a long amount of time on me, and I like how it isn’t an overpowering scent. I’d say this is one of my favourites from my perfume collection!
Top Notes: Bergamot, Tea and Osmanthus
Middle Notes: Jasmine, African Orange Flower, Freesia, Rose and Orchid
Base Notes: Musk and Patchouli
This is another perfume I’ve mentioned on my blog before. It’s an all time favourite, but I only tend to wear it in Autumn and Winter. It’s really strong, and it’s very easy to spray too much. I spray this twice and find that I’m good to go. It lasts really well on me and is a truly beautiful scent.
Top Notes: Pink Pepper, Orange Blossom and Pear
Middle Notes: Coffee and Jasmine
Base Notes: Vanilla, Patchouli and Cedar-wood
I absolutely adore this perfume, it smells incredible, and I save it for occasions. Unlike Black Opium I find this to be a soft scent that isn’t as strong. I do hate that this doesn’t seem to last on me, which is partly why I haven’t worn it in so long.
Top Notes: Bergamot, Grapefruit and Orange
Middle Notes: Jasmine, Rose and Litchi
Base Notes: Musk, Patchouli, Vanilla and Vetiver
This is another strong scent, that you really don’t need much of. It’s also worth mentioning that this smells different to Valentino Donna. This one is a lot sweeter, and something I wear more in Summer. Even though I love the packaging, I hate that it doesn’t come with a lid, as I feel like I can’t travel with this.
Top Notes: Pear and Almond
Middle Notes: Jasmin and Frangipani
Base Notes: Sandalwood and Hawthorn
This perfume is literally summer in a bottle. It’s a dreamy scent that I use a lot for summer evenings. You know when you’re on holiday and you got out at night? This is what I’ll be wearing.
Top Notes: Mandarin Orange, Ginger and Bergamot
Middle Notes: Jasmine, Coconut and Frangipani
Base Notes: Vanilla, Cashmere Wood, Musk and Amber
I am beyond confused, as I remember writing a blog post on this perfume, but it’s nowhere to be seen. It’s gone, and I’m not quite sure why. Anyway, I was sent this perfume and I absolutely love it, and I’m not normally one for Celebrity fragrances. It lasts a long time on me, and I love wearing this during the day. It’s more on the sweet side, but it is also a little musky.
Top Notes: Pink Pepper and Quince
Middle Notes: Wisteria, Honeysuckle and Peony
Base Notes: Musk, Sandalwood, Tonka Bean and Olibanum
Those are my favourite perfumes that I have out on display, and these are the ones that sit in a box at the back. They are still good, but not my most reached for. Lets get into the rest of my perfume collection!
Did I want this purely because it’s by Ariana Grande?… Yes, yes I did. I hate to say it, but I’m not keen on this at all. To me this has nothing to it, it’s just overly sweet. My 14-year-old self would love this and that might be the problem. I’m not the target market.
Top Notes: Pear, Grapefruit and Raspberry
Middle Notes: Lily, Rose and Vanilla Orchid
Base Notes: Musk, Woody Notes and Marshmallow
I’m not 100% sure on how the Eau Fraîche works, but it’s a limited edition scent that comes out with the summer collections; I think. I now can’t find any Bronze Goddess online, so it might just be a summer thing. I’m not sure. I know, I’m helpful. This is very much a summer perfume, it reminds me of being on the beach without being overly tropical.
Top Notes: Bergamot, Mandarin Orange, Lemon and Orange
Middle Notes: Jasmine, Magnolia, Orange Blossom and Tiare Flower
Base Notes: Amber, Coconut Milk, Vetiver, Sandalwood, Vanilla and Myrrh
I really don’t like this perfume anymore. To me it is another generic sweet scent. Which is weird because before I got this I would smell the tester and love it. This is another perfume that 14-year-old me would love, it’s just too sickly sweet.
Top Notes: Clary Sage and Mirabelle
Middle Notes: Jasmine, Almond Blossom and Lily
Base Notes: Vanilla, Cedar, Peach and Musk
That is everything! I’ve decided not to include body mists, as this post is long already. That was my perfume collection!
What’s your favourite perfume?
