Milani Silky Matte Bronzer Sun Light Review

Milani Silky Matte Bronzer

Well after four years of being mainly a beauty blog, it’s finally time to do a bronzer review. Can you believe that I’ve never done a bronzer review on my blog? Because I can’t. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve spoken about bronzers before, but this is the first dedicated post. It’s only taken four years.

Anyway, enough of the tangent. I’ve not tried many products from Milani before, but I loved the look and sound of this bronzer, so I had to pick it up.

Spoiler Alert: I included it in my August Favourites.

This is my Milani Silky Matte Bronzer Sun Light Review!

The Packaging

The packaging is a simple black circle compact with gold detailing. It’s simple, but is still nice to look at. It’s plastic, and not at all flimsy. It shuts with a click, so it’s good to travel with.

The Shade Range

There are four shades available on beauty bay ranging from light brown to a: ‘Deep Tan with Red Undertones’. I have the lightest shade which is Sun Light. It is described as a Light Brown and I use it to contour even though it has a few warm undertones.

The Pigment and Finish

Just like the name says this is a matte bronzer with a soft, silky texture. It’s also extremely pigmented, so you only need a light hand. It does blend out really easily though, but it’s still better to slowly build this up rather than to go all in. It also lasts all day. There is also a faint smell with this bronzer, it’s tropical, but I can’t really tell its there. Which means if you’re sensitive to scents then you should be fine with this one.

The Price

This costs £14 if you buy it off of Beauty Bay, but I’m pretty sure it’s cheaper in America.

Overall I have been loving this bronzer. It’s pigmented, matte and blends out really easily.

That was my Milani Silky Matte Bronzer Sun Light Review!

Have you tried anything from Milani?

Thank you for reading!

I would love to try this, great review! I tried a Milani blush before, a terracotta shade I loved so much and kind of used as a bronzer, I’ve always been curious about their other products 😀 xx

Real talk family dinner review!🤍 (Gifted/ invite) Real talk family dinner review!🤍
(Gifted/ invite)

We treated the kids to a meal out at weathervanemeirpark this weekend, and the family vibes were lovely. One of the biggest wins was that the staff brought over colouring pages and crayons for both kids without us even having to ask. Which is a lifesaver with two toddlers🥵

Noah and Ella were completely won over by the food. Noah cleared his plate of sausage, chips, and beans, and Ella was living her best life with pasta, corn on the cob, and chips (a toddler dream combo, let’s be real😂)

As for the adults, Jake loved The Big Melt burger. I ordered the Katsu Curry Feast, and we did have a little hiccup where my chicken looked a little pink, but I always judge a place by how they handle mistakes. The staff were absolutely brilliant, replaced it immediately, and even brought over a complimentary drink to apologise. Great customer service honestly makes all the difference.🫶🏻

It’s a super welcoming, stress free spot if you’re looking for somewhere to take the kids this weekend.

Swipe to the very end to see Ella making sure no ice cream got left behind😂

Yesterday we headed to Drayton Manor for the first time, and we absolutely loved it! 🚂

The highlights:

🎢 We managed to hit all the rides we wanted.

⏱️ Queue times were super manageable—the longest we waited was 30 minutes, which is the absolute limit with a 1 and 3-year-old! 😂

🥵 It was too hot to make it to the zoo this time, but with animal-loving toddlers, we will definitely be back to check it out. 🐯
