I know, I know… another favourites post. Truth is I’ve been struggling with blogging, as writing has not come easily to me. Luckily for me I love writing these kind of posts, so I’m hoping this revives my love for writing about everything else too. If not then I’ll see you in a month with my October Favourites. I meant this as a joke, but at this point you never know…
Let’s get into my September Favourites 2020.
ColourPop | Single Shadow Palette
ColourPop shadows are one of my favourite formula’s and I love the palette I created through the BYOP deal; which I would highly recommend to everyone. In September I went back to this palette after a few months of using other things and I instantly remembered why I love it so much. The shades are pigmented, but blend out easily and last all day. Snake Eyes is still a favourite even though it’s hanging on by a thread.
Bali Body | Self Tanning Mousse
I have worked with this brand in the past, but all opinions are my own.
In all honesty I haven’t tried many tans. After failing miserably at applying it when I was 18, I stayed away. That was until I tried this one. I have never had an issue of this being overly patchy; other than my feet, as I’m still not the best at applying it. The guide colour is super helpful and the actual colour is beautiful. It’s a cool toned bronze which doesn’t lean orange.
The Walking Dead Game
People are always shocked when I tell them that I love this game as it couldn’t be less me. I hate anything gruesome and gory, but the story outweighs everything for me. The story throughout all of the games is one of my all time favourites, as I love Clementine as a character and really enjoyed following her journey. I also love the choices aspect even though I know the story follows the same narrative whatever you pick. This is a replay for me, as I played them when they first came out, and I loved them just as much, the second time around.
I Became an Auntie
On the 20th September my Sister in Law gave birth to a beautiful baby boy and I couldn’t be happier for them! It’s not been an easy time due to Covid, as the regulations around pregnancy and giving birth are still very strict, but it’s worth it to ensure he’s healthy. His birth also marks the first time I’m an Auntie so it’s an exciting time all around.
There we have it! Those were my September Favourites 2020.

I have a colourpop single shadow palette as well and love it! That way you can just customize your own palette knowing you’ll use all the shades! I used to watch Walking Dead loads, I don’t have a nintendo switch though sadly, I feel very left out! Congratulations as well on becoming an auntie! So exciting xx

omg congrats on becoming an aunt! That’s so exciting. Omg, it seems like it’s time to get another snake eyes shade! I’m so sorry to hear that you’ve been having a bit of trouble finding some inspiration to write. I love reading these favorites posts though, so whatever you write, i’ll continue to read. I played the first chapter of the walking dead game on my xbox a few years back, and I do remember loving the game! I never ended up getting the full game, only cause I had too many games to play. I still have too many games to play, but I might have to add the full game to my list! Great post Han, hope you’re doing well 🙂 xx
