2026 Discontinued Shade & Availability Guide
While Rimmel has moved on from their legendary Kate Moss packaging and archived a few of these precise shade numbers, the iconic 006 Pink Blush is still going strong in their classic line! I’ve kept my original reviews and swatch descriptions live below so you can check out the survivor or use the notes to find your next favourite dupe.
If you’ve spent any time browsing my blog, you probably already know that I talk about my love for Rimmel lipsticks a lot. There is just something about their formula that gets it so right for the high street.
If you love the high end look of MAC lipsticks but are looking for a much more affordable drugstore alternative, you’ve come to the right place. Rimmel has always been my go to for incredible shade variety and budget friendly prices.
Let’s take a look inside my Rimmel lipstick collection.
The Rimmel Formula: Is it Worth It?
First of all, the formula across these ranges is incredible. They are beautifully creamy, deeply nourishing, and they glide onto the lips effortlessly with intense pigmentation.
Because they are so beautifully creamy, they aren’t completely bulletproof, they will move slightly throughout the day and you will need to reapply them after eating or drinking. But for the comfort and colour payoff, I think they are completely worth it!
The Classic Collection
006 Pink Bush

As soon as I saw this shade, I fell head over heels in love with it. It is a stunning, classic pink that is absolutely perfect for everyday wear. I’d describe it as a beautiful bubblegum pink, but it has some lovely soft, rosy tones running through it to keep it wearable. It’s a super pretty shade and easily one of my all time favourites.
016 Heart Breaker
Discontinued
Heart Breaker is a deeper rose pink with gorgeous red undertones. It’s a truly striking shade that I definitely need to remind myself to wear more often! The only real downside to this specific one is that it does transfer quite easily, so you’ll want to keep it in your handbag ready to reapply if you’re heading out for food or drinks.

The Iconic Kate Moss Range (Discontinued)
05
This shade is another major favourite of mine, and I always tell myself I need to get more use out of it. It’s a stunning, warm fuchsia mixed with distinct red undertones. It is such a unique and beautiful colour combination.
08
Shade 08 was actually the very first lipstick I ever tried from Rimmel, so it holds a special place in my routine. It’s a dusty rose pink and has been my ultimate, effortless everyday shade for the longest time.
22
This is a classic, old Hollywood red and a gorgeous one at that! It has clear blue undertones with just a tiny hint of pink running through it to give it that true, crisp red finish. It’s a newer addition to my collection and I can’t wait to play around with it more.
35
I absolutely loved wearing this one all through the summer months. It is a very bright, punchy pink with cool purple undertones. If you love a deeper, vibrant Barbie pink look, this is definitely the shade to try.
37
This is another shade that screams summer holiday to me. Shade 37 is a striking orange with a warm hint of red. I can already picture this being my absolute go to lipstick for a warm evening out while away on holiday.
38
While this one is a newer addition to my collection, it has already climbed its way right up to my favourite shades list. It’s a light, peachy nude that is well on its way to replacing Shade 08 as my ultimate daily look. It’s such a fresh, pretty colour for spring.

The Matte Collection
107
Discontinued
I originally picked this up because it is highly raved about online as a fantastic budget dupe for the popular MAC ‘Rebel’ lipstick.
However, because it belongs to the matte range, I personally find the formula a bit too drying and quite uncomfortable to wear on the lips for long periods. If I want to wear this shade out, I have to completely prep my lips beforehand with a thorough lip scrub and a thick layer of a really good lip balm.
Final Thoughts
There we have it! That is my current Rimmel lipstick collection.
