MAC Haul

I couldn’t let Blogmas pass me by without a makeup haul; could I? If you’ve been around for a while, then you’ll know that I love a good haul; mainly from Boots to be fair… Though I couldn’t let the MAC x Mariah Carey range pass me by. It was pretty much love at first sight and I picked up a few other bits that have been on my wishlist for a while.

This is my MAC Haul.

MCizzle | Cremesheen Lipstick x Mariah Carey

I don’t think I’ve stopped staring at this, since it arrived. Everything about it is beautiful. From the silver sparkly packaging, to the large butterfly embossing over the front of the lipstick. MCizzle is described as a warm rosy peach, and it has a cremesheen finish. This means it won’t last all day, but it has a creamy comfortable formula.

Dreamlover | Lipglass x Mariah Carey

I’ve never tried a Lipglass before, but I love a good gloss, so I’m looking forward to giving it a go. Dreamlover is a milky peach with pink, white and gold pearl. It looks like it’s full of glitter, so we’ll have to see how it applies.

I Like 2 Watch | Dazzleshadow 

I ordered two dazzleshadows, but only this one has arrived, so I’ll have chase them up to see what has happened to the other one. Admittedly, I was a little disappointed by this on first impression. I was expecting something a little more brown and less yellow. However from swatching it, it looks like a beautiful dark gold.

Whirl | Matte Lipstick

This lipstick has been at the top of my wishlist for a while now, as I’ve heard nothing but good things about it. I’ll admit that it looks a little darker than I was expecting, but I’m still looking forward to using it. It’s described as a dirty rose, and I can see this being my go to in Autumn and Winter.

Lightscapade | Mineralise Skin Finish 

I have really enjoyed using the mineralise skin finish, in the shade: Soft and Gentle. However, it is a little bit too dark for me when I haven’t got tan on, so I decided to pick this one up too. Lightscapade is described as a soft candlelit beige with multidimensional shimmer.
