My Most Loved Nail Polish

When I wrote about my favourite highlighters, I had the idea to turn it into a series. Which means I will be going through my collection, picking a category and finding the most loved products. They don’t have to be the ones I’m using at the time, just the ones that are used the most.

These are My Most Loved Nail Polish.

Essie | Fiji

Let’s start with a classic and the first nail polish that I’ve finished. Pale pinks are my favourite nail colour, and something I always find myself coming back to. One of my favourite things about Fiji is that it becomes opaque pretty quickly. I use two layers and it’s good to go, and it lasts well too. It’s been a while since I’ve used it, but I must give it another go.

Lights Lacquer | Paper Snow

This was my go to in summer, I don’t think I used anything else all season. I love white nails with a tan, and now that I tan regularly, I just couldn’t help myself. I’d tell myself to use something else, but I’d find myself coming back to this one. Paper Snow is a true white, and takes two layers for an opaque finish. The formula doesn’t last me the week, as I’d find myself needing to reapply weekly because of the chips.

Lights Lacquer | Serendipity

If there’s a shade I need in my collection; it’s a classic red. I find myself going through them so fast, as it’s the only colour I wear on my toes. On my fingernails it needs two coats, but on my toes one is plenty. This shade has such a lovely shine to it, which makes for a really nice finish.

Lights Lacquer | Ruby

I remember writing my Lights Lacquer haul, and being so disappointed with this shade. It did not get a long with the nail wheel and I thought the same thing would happen to my nails too. Luckily it didn’t and it applies beautifully. This shade is a deep burgundy red with red glitter, but it looks super dark once on the nails.
